Core Principles
When it comes to your personal information, we believe in privacy and transparency. Before going into details, we want to share a few of our core privacy principles.

Collection of data
  • Novioscan smartphone APPs

If you use the smartphone application (app) “SENS-U” from Novioscan, downloaded and installed via the Google Playstore (for Android) and/or App Store (for iOS)), no data is collected from these apps. Permission to collect location data is requested for the sole purpose of using the full functionality of Bluetooth® 5, to be able to connect the apps to the SENS-U bladder sensor.

When you use the Novioscan website and contact us, we collect the following information and use it only as described below.

Account Information

This may include your name, address, email address and phone number. We use this information in the ways you would expect, such as contacting you or sending you a newsletter. This is stored in Hubspot and for indefinite period.

Communication with us

When you send us emails or other communications, we maintain those communications and their contents so that we can resolve your inquiries or otherwise assist you.

Usage Data & Cookies

We may collect information how the Service is accessed and used (“Usage Data”). This Usage Data may include information such as your computer’s Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address), browser type, browser version, the pages of our Service that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data.
